In collaboration with ANU Indonesian Student Association, Blended Learning International will be holding numerous career information session for those who are in the middle of career preparations and are interested in finding more information.

The last out of the two sessions held will be on the 29nd of September, covering the topic of “Getting a graduate job with winning selection criteria”.

Graduating soon and preparing to score that graduate position that you’ve been dreaming about? Besides preparing for your standard resume and cover letter, did you know most companies and organisations would require you to write a selection criterion for the position? Whether it is completed online or on a separate document, many Employers will select applicants for an interview based on how well candidates address the selection criteria listed.

This information session will provide participants the knowledge on how to curate a winning selection criteria that will lead to an interview.

Blended Learning will cover the basis and purpose of selection criteria’s, how to write and address key selection criteria and how Australian employers evaluate candidates.

The format of each session will be as follows:
5 mins – introduction of BLI
45 mins – info session
25 mins – Q&A
5 mins – survey
10 mins – networking session
Total – 90 mins

We aim to have the session as interactive as possible. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, engage with the speaker, and even network with other international students present.
